1.- ENROLMENT. The application should be done by filling in the "Application form" .Please do not forget to point the kind of accomodation you desire. This application form must be sent by the option "Send" in our web-site. If you prefer, you can print it, fill it in and send it by fax or ordinary mail. 2.- CONFIRMING THE BOOKING. To ensure your enrolment, Akralingua must have received the previous application form and a fee of 20,00% of the total price of the course and of the accommodation. After that, the studentl will get the enrolment and payment confirmation. When the whole rate of the course is paid, we will give the student an invoice for the amount paid. If you choose the accommodation in Spanish families, their personal data will be sent to you via e-amil, as soon as possible. If there were any problem after confirming your reservation that could change the agreement, Akralingua will offer a new alternative for a similar price. If this option was not accepted by the student, we would refund the whole amount of money that we had received till then. 3.- STUDENT’S CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation by the student or his legal representative, the confirmation should be communicated by written ordinary mail, fax or e-mail. The receiving date will be considered as reference to all intents and purposes in order to count the following periods and conditions of cancellation: · Cancellation with more than 60 days before the beginning of the course, the whole amount will be refunded but 60,00 EUROS. · Cancellation with less than 60 days before the beginning of the course, the whole amount will be refunded but 120,00 EUROS. 4.- TRIPS ANS TOURIST VISITS. The price of the courses and the lodging does not include trips and tourist visits. Akralingua will inform about them in the notice board and they will be totally optional 5.- PHOTOGRAHIES . Akralingua will be able to use all the photographic material or any support in which the pupil appears, just for marketing or advertising. If the pupil does not agree, he can fill an application up for it.. 6.- HOSTING IN FAMILIES. Akralingua will offer the fittest relation family-student concerning to his characteristics and the given dates. 7.- COURSES CANCELLATION. Akralingua assure the courses`s beginning with a minimum of two students per group. In case only one student enrolled in a group, the school offers the student the option to be refunded the whole amount of money received till that moment or to receive TWO HOURS PER DAY OF ONE TO ONE LESSONS through the course period booked at the same group price. |
